# MonCha

> MonCha is an AI "business brain" by MonstarX. You train it on your own content — website, PDFs, docs, YouTube, Notion, Google Drive — in about 5 minutes, and it answers customers on your **website and WhatsApp** (Messenger and LINE next) in 24 languages. It captures and scores leads, opens support tickets and hands difficult conversations to a human with full context, books appointments inside the chat, and answers only from your content with cited sources. ## What it does

- **One brain, every channel.** Set up once; the same knowledge, brand and dashboard power a website chat widget (one line of code) and your own WhatsApp bot. Messenger and LINE are next.
- **Knowledge from your content.** Crawls your website, sitemaps, PDFs, Word docs and YouTube videos, and connects to Notion and Google Drive. Auto-sync keeps it current when your content changes.
- **24 languages, cross-language.** A customer can ask in Tamil, Japanese or Arabic and get a native answer from your English content.
- **Leads.** Detects buying intent, captures contact details, scores each lead and summarizes what the visitor wants. Notifies you in Slack, WhatsApp or email.
- **Support tickets and human handoff.** When it can't answer, it opens a ticket and loops in a human with the full conversation as context.
