What counts as a message?

One AI answer = one message. Customer questions, greetings, and system messages are free. Competitors typically count both sides, so their "2,200 messages" is really ~1,100 conversations.
Which currency will I be charged in?

Prices are shown and charged in your selected currency (USD, INR, SGD, MYR, or JPY) — checkout is processed securely by Stripe. Other currencies are billed in USD.
Is annual cheaper than monthly?

Yes. Annual billing is discounted versus month-to-month. In USD, Starter is $19/month billed annually versus $29 billed monthly. You can switch from Billing.
What happens after the free trial?

After 7 days on the Growth trial you move to the free tier — your bot and knowledge base stay intact. Upgrade whenever you're ready.
Can I change or cancel plans?

Anytime, from the billing page — upgrades apply immediately, cancellations at the end of the billing period. Refund policy applies.
Do voice minutes roll over?

No — voice minutes reset on your Stripe billing date each month, like messages. They do not roll over. Need more? Buy extra 60, 180, or 600 minute packs on Billing — they stack on your plan pool (plan bots only).
Can I add more chatbots?

Yes. Extra bot slots usually follow your plan (monthly or annual, same invoice). On an annual plan you can also buy a monthly extra bot as a separate subscription if you only need it for a month — Remove slot when you are done. Each extra bot has its own answers, pages, and voice matching that SKU. Extra 5,000 messages and extra voice minutes apply only to plan bots.
When do quotas reset?

Messages and voice minutes reset on your Stripe billing date — the same day you are charged — not the 1st of the calendar month. Extra-bot quotas reset on that same date.
