What happens if I delete a bot?

The widget stops showing on your site immediately — even if the embed script is still in your HTML. Remove the MonCha snippet (or WordPress plugin / iframe) when you can so unused code is gone. Deleting requires typing the bot name exactly to confirm.
Can I turn a bot off without deleting it?
+
Yes. On Bot settings, use the Active / Inactive toggle. While inactive, the widget is hidden on your website, but Playground and the dashboard keep working so you can keep editing. Turn Active back on and the widget shows again.
